
Rolando Lopez
Rolando Lopez received his associate in science degree from Bergen Community college in 1995. After that he continues with his studies and received his Bachelor of Science in Health Science and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York in 1999.
After completing his studies he began working at inpatient as well as, outpatient physical therapy rehabilitation hospitals and facilities concentrating on improving his hands on skills and widening his knowledge in different treatment methods in order to further improve his treatment techniques for both orthopedic and neurological patients. During the past 21 years he has continuously taken multiple continuing education courses to further improve his abilities and give the best possible specialized care to each of his patient. During this time he has had success treating patients with the following surgical procedures, injuries and disorders; post surgical rehabilitation of but not limited to: total joint arthroplasty of the hip, shoulder, knee and ankle, spinal surgeries, total rotator cuff injuries and repairs, fractures and dislocation, sprains / strains, as well as neck and back pain. He has also treated patients for the past two decades with neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, ALS, and Parkinson’s disease. Recently he has been rehabilitating local athletes for their future for returning to the high school and college sports programs. Rolando Lopez has also been working with local police and firefighters in order to return them quickly and safely to their previous physical condition so that they may resume their daily duties and lifestyles.
